We went for a general check up and this dude was amazing. Gave us a fair price and fixed everything quickly and was accomdating when we could not pick it up due to work stuff.

Victor the owner was amazing! And fair. He tell you the truth about what your car can have or not So that way you won't give him no problems. He's honest and his crew or workers are professional and diligent in their work! So if you want good service call Hi-Tech. Alarm.

Got a screen and camera (that I bought) installed by them for $300 in mid December and the guy told me that it had 3 month warranty. Both the camera and screen stopped working not even a month and a half after and when I went to him he said it's not covered by warranty and I'm gonna have to pay another $100. I went to another guy he fixed it in 10 minutes and took 20 bucks. Horrible experience overall, they just wanna take as much money as they can.

Stay away from this shop. This guy is a scammer. I brought my car in to change my headlights a couple of months ago, and he claimed it was an "electrical problem." He charges a $100 upfront, non-refundable fee just to look at the car, which makes you feel obligated to agree to his repairs so you don't lose that money. After I picked up my car from him "fixing" the electrical issue, my check engine light came on right in the parking lot. When I brought it to his attention, he insisted it had nothing to do with his work and simply told his worker to reset the light. A week later, the light came back on. Now, the same headlights are failing. I took the car to another shop because I no longer trust this person. They informed me that whoever installed the headlights used an aftermarket product and bypassed all standard electrical procedures, ruining the wiring in the process. They can’t even fix it because the original wiring was so badly tampered with. I will absolutely be reporting this business to the BBB.

Absolutely fantastic service! This shop went above and beyond installing my car alarm and stereo system. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The quality of work was top-notch, and everything was done quickly and cleanly. My sound system has never sounded better, and I feel much more secure with the alarm. Highly recommend!

Got my windows tinted in this spot. Great price and fast service. They also offered lifetime warranty… Frank was very helpful and professional.
